Yearly deposit

A deposit is assumed at the start of each financial year, before the 5th, so the whole amount earns interest that year. The real scheme credits interest once a year on the monthly balance from the 5th onward. The government revises the rate each quarter. An extension after 15 years is in blocks of 5 years.
